Liability
Pays for injury and damage you cause to others. Required on a motorcycle on public roads; optional for an ATV on private land, but rarely wise to skip.
is usually where a homeowners policy stops covering an ATV or golf cart. Past it — on the trail, at the camp, down the street — you need a policy written for it.
Whether you’re riding the backroads on your motorcycle, exploring trails on your ATV, or traveling cross-country in your RV — your recreational vehicles deserve real protection. Recreational coverage keeps the good times rolling by shielding your investment and safeguarding your freedom. At Advanced Solutions, we make sure fun doesn’t come with unnecessary risk.
Recreational policies look a lot like auto policies, with extra lines built for how these vehicles are actually used. The extra lines are where carriers differ most.

Repairs or replaces your vehicle after a crash with another vehicle or an object, whoever’s at fault — a spill on the trail included.
Theft, vandalism, fire, falling trees, flood and storm damage — everything that isn’t a collision, including theft straight off a trailer or out of a garage.
Covers your injuries when the driver at fault has no insurance, or too little. On a motorcycle, injuries tend to be serious — so it matters more than in a car.
Aftermarket parts, accessories and riding gear — a winch, a light bar, your helmet and jacket — which a basic policy covers only up to a small limit, if at all.
Towing and roadside help after a breakdown, including trailer towing for an RV — and, on some policies, recovery off the trail.

The policy is only half of it. The other half is who reads it with you, who picks up when you call, and whether anyone reviews it again when you add another ride.
We don’t work for one carrier. We work for you — and we can move you when a carrier stops being the right fit.
One conversation puts your risk in front of more than a hundred markets instead of a single company’s rate table.
You give us one set of details once. We handle the comparing, the follow-up and the review at renewal.
Our office is in Ocean Springs. Golf carts in the neighborhood, ATVs at the camp, bikes on Highway 90 — we insure the way people here actually ride.
The five that come up most on a first call. If yours isn’t here, call the office — you will get a plain answer, not a sales pitch.
Usually only on your own property, and often only partly. Take it to a camp, a trail or a neighborhood street and a standard homeowners policy generally stops covering it — including liability if someone is hurt. A recreational policy is written to cover it away from home.
Yes, wherever it’s allowed. Mississippi law lets a city or town open designated streets to golf carts by ordinance, and wherever one does, the cart must be registered with the city and the driver must carry proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license. Carts can’t be driven on state or federal highways except to cross them.
Yes. A motorcycle needs the same 25/50/25 liability minimums as a car. Collision and comprehensive are optional, and uninsured motorist can be declined — but it deserves a hard look on a bike, where there’s nothing between you and the other driver.
A motorhome is covered much like a car on the road, with extra lines for living in it: your belongings inside, liability at your campsite, and full-timer coverage if the RV is your home. A towed trailer is different again — the tow vehicle’s liability usually extends to it, but the trailer itself needs its own damage coverage.
Not always. Many homeowners policies exclude motorized vehicles, which can catch an e-bike — especially the liability if you hurt someone. Mississippi doesn’t require e-bike insurance, because an e-bike that meets the state’s definition isn’t a motor vehicle. Some carriers now write e-bike policies directly — tell us the make and top speed and we’ll price it.
Tell us what you ride and we’ll find coverage that keeps the good times rolling.
